This project is a display of a style that I’ve never tapped into before, but has been within me since the beginning of my career. This project was mainly recorded in Williamsburg, Virginia at the studios of the college of William and Mary. It was there where I met Pres., the main producer of this work. Instantly, we knew we had one valuable thing in common, our love for the Underground. After meeting we instantly started getting to work! We met through our mutual friend Eze, when we all heard the first track, we realized a whole body of work was a MUST! Blue Magic is a project that represents purity. I chose the name from the famous movie “American Gangster”. In the movie there where different principles being displayed. But the one that stood out to me was purity. This is the same principle I try to display in my work. Being transparent about my spiritual connection and love for great music. I hope you enjoy! Peace and light.
